At the moment I am looking just for friendship and the sharing of ideas between people who are of an intellectual bent. I speak Maltese, English as well as write them, fluently. Italian, I can get by rather easily, speaking it at least and not going into arcane matters. French, well, I am supposed to know it quite well since my level in it is certified as advanced by none other than the Brits themselves, who are rather strong in French as a second language. But without any practice for almost 50 years, it has rusted pretty well beyond redemption. I live presently on Malta. So, it is useless to invite me to a coffee in Paris unless I happen to be on holiday there, which is rather unlikely most of the time.
